Inspired by my original baseball sweater, this easy knitted Christmas stocking brings a little ballpark spirit to the holidays :)

Knit in classic Blue Jays colours but you can easily switch up the palette to match your own favourite team. The pattern includes an alphabet chart so you can personalize your stocking with a name, word or message.

The pattern also includes a series of charts. The instructions put them in the order as pictured however you can also treat them as modular if you are comfortable to customize your own design.

It has a generous heel and foot so that it is easier to get things in and out :)

Worked in the round on a circular needle with simple stranded colourwork, this is a great project if you’re new to knitting socks or stockings and ready to give it a try!
